Orders are processed within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation.

Shipping within the United States:

• Standard (3-5 business days): $6.99 — free shipping on orders over $70.
• Express (1-2 business days): $15.00

International shipping: We currently ship to Mexico and Spain via DHL Express. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the package's weight and destination. International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and the customer's location.

In-store pickup: You can also pick up your order at our physical store: 2845 N Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33409. We'll email you once your order is ready for pickup.

Customs and international duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility. These may be collected upon delivery or prepaid depending on the selected shipping service.
